Quam Joins Brokk as Parts Manager

Dan Quam has joined Brokk, Inc., as parts manager for the company’s Monroe, Wash., warehouse. His responsibilities include managing the parts department and overseeing, receiving and purchasing spare parts for both Brokk and Aquajet products in North America. Quam will work with the Brokk team, including Warehouse Manager Noah Acree and Assistant Warehouse Manager Brodie Kohn, to help ensure Brokk delivers on its promise of same-day shipping on all common parts.

Quam previously spent more than three decades with Mi Fluid Power Solutions, a hydraulic/pneumatic parts distributor. He worked his way up from the warehouse and learned all aspects of the business from customer service and purchasing to branch management. In his most recent position in outside sales, he regularly worked with Brokk and gained a deep knowledge of the Brokk and Aquajet brands.

The parts warehouse Quam manages houses an array of standard and specialty parts for all Brokk models as well as parts and accessories for Hydrodemolition robots. This warehouse works in conjunction with Brokk’s service centers in St. Joseph, Mo., and Stanhope, N.J., to provide fast, reliable support for customers across North America.
