Dynaset Oy has appointed Annie Karppinen as the company’s new CEO, succeeding her father, Reijo Karppinen, who stepped down earlier this year after nearly four decades in the post. Reijo Karppinen will continue as chairman of the board of Dynaset, and will continue to be a familiar face at both the factory and industry events.
Annie Karppinen has worked with Dynaset for 15 years, most recently serving as executive vice president.
“I strongly subscribe to our values of a customer-oriented approach, courage, teamwork, and Dynaset technology, which will guide our journey toward a better world of machinery,” she says. “I aim to take the lessons from the journey already travelled, combine them with new ones, and, with our team, continue developing our operations and offerings to serve our clients better in whatever industry they work in.”
Karppinen sees a very bright future for Dynaset, with years of continuous development of operations and products, enabling agile but high-quality functions in the changing situations that the future market will offer. She says it is Dynaset’s strong desire to build genuine, long-lasting partnerships and offer the best solutions on the market at competitive prices. This approach will help Dynaset remain a top choice among customers now and in the future.
