OilQuick’s New OQC90 Designed for Large Material Handling Machines

OilQuick has introduced its largest automated quick coupler—the OQC90, designed for the world’s largest material handling machines. Stronger than its smaller OQC models, the OQC90 can lift up to 68t. It has a 100A electrical swivel connection and up to four hydraulic connections, making it ideal for large material handlers and harbor cranes.

OilQuick’s OQC quick coupler line is primarily designed for use on loading and recycling cranes and other handling equipment. The system consists of an extremely rugged 360-degree rotator mounted on a fully hydraulic, tried-and-tested quick coupler. The OQC unit is suspended from the handling equipment’s stick.

Using the OQC system, operators can switch lifting hooks, wood chip buckets, clamshell grapples, grapples, and magnets all with just a push of a button from the safety of the cab.

Along with minimizing oil spiles, the OQC system reduces the number of machines on the site while also increasing productivity.

OilQuick is the world’s best-selling hydraulic quick coupler system with more 46,000 systems sold worldwide. OilQuick was the first fully automatic quick coupler on the market and launched the first products in 1993.
